If the product doesn’t deliver, doesn’t work, or doesn’t deliver the promised results, you can request a refund. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange unless the product is faulty. To be eligible for a refund or exchange due to a defect, you will need to send a screenshot and description of your problem to our email address.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and supporting documentation regarding your claim and you must contact us via the email address to which the order was delivered.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your request has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original form of payment within a few days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund within a few days, please check your account statement again.

Then contact your e-money company, it may take several days or more before your refund is officially credited.
